Lea Joyner is a vibrant United Methodist church of 1,300 
members in Monroe, Louisiana. We offer 2 exciting and 
meaningful worship services on Sunday morning  - - 
our traditional service at 9 AM & our contemporary service at
11 AM. YOU are invited to join us! We are located at 4390
Old Sterlington Road, behind St. Francis North Hospital.

Our worship services are broadcast each Sunday
morning at 10:00 AM on KLIC, AM1230.



 

Vacation Bible School 2009!

We invite you to worship at Lea Joyner United Methodist Church  this Sunday, July 5th, at 9:00AM (traditional worship) or 11:00AM (contemporary worship). Rev. Weldon Bares will continue the series of sermons on FACING DEATH, AND THE LIFE HEREAFTER with, "Is Your House In Order?"  YOU are invited!


- - This year our emphasis at Lea Joyner is "Involved in Serving Others." 

- - CASUAL, COOL SUNDAYS each Sunday in July, with cookies & lemonade served after each service!

- - Our Long Range Planning Committee will meet on Sunday, July 12, 5 PM. Everyone is invited.

- - Senior Fitness class every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 AM.
